Aviarity Schedule Manager is a local iPhone utility. It does not create an account, does not talk to a backend, and does not sell information.

Who we are

What the app does

The app stores duty slots, simulator-bay sessions, curricula, log figures, and desk preferences that you type yourself. Typical contents include callsign, name, ticket (TRI / TRE / examiner), ATO name, home bay, shift times, crew pair names, trainee names, and notes you write into a course or slot.

Where data is stored

All of that stays on the device, in the app’s Application Support folder (local tape) and, where used, on-device preferences. Removing the app from the iPhone deletes this store. We do not operate a cloud copy of your roster or log.

What we do not collect

No sign-in, no customer account, no mailing list inside the app.
No analytics SDK, advertising identifier, or crash-reporting service in the product as shipped.
No camera, photo library, or location permission. The app does not read GPS.
No payment processing and no subscription backend.
Export (CSV / PDF) is written on the device and shared only if you open the system share sheet and choose a destination.

Contact email

If you write to gkashaf013@gmail.com, we receive whatever you put in that message (your address, and any files you attach). That mail is used only to answer you. It is not mixed into the app’s on-device tape.

Children

The app is built for instructors and ATO staff. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third parties

This website may be hosted by Netlify. Visiting these pages can create ordinary web-server logs on that host (IP address, browser, time). That is outside the iOS app and is governed by the host’s own terms. The app itself does not load this site in order to function.

Changes

If the product starts sending data off-device, this page will be updated before that behavior ships. The effective date at the top will change.
